Minutes of Mont Vernon Cemetery Trustees

Meeting held at the Ryder residence January 12 at 1:00 PM. Present were trustees Bob Mead, Alton Ryder and Richard Quintal.

The following budget items were identified for the year 2009.

1 Tree planting 7000

2 Complete well 4500

3 Front fence 19000

4 Tomb door (replace) 2000

5a Maintenace: Grounf leveling 5000

5b Maintenace: Stone repair 6000

5c Maintenace: Mowing and leaves 2000

6 Dues, subscriptions & other 500

7 Tree pruning 10000

8 Ice storm damage 2000

9 New cemetery planning 2500

Total budgt $51500

A question was raised as to ownership of the riding mower - cemetery trustee percentage and DPW percentage. Mead to review past years for that purchace.
